This Privacy Policy describes how FashionAI ("we," "our," or "us"), a product of WildFruit Oy, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. WildFruit Oy acts as the data controller for personal data processed through FashionAI.

Information We Collect

Photos and Image Processing: When you use FashionAI, you may take or upload a photo for analysis. These images are stored locally on your device. To generate outfit ratings and feedback, images are temporarily transmitted to our backend and processed by third-party AI providers, including OpenAI. We do not store your images on our own servers. We configure our AI providers not to use your data for training and to minimize retention. However, data may be temporarily processed and retained for a limited period in accordance with the provider’s policies. We do not use your images for advertising, marketing, or public datasets. We do not use facial recognition and do not attempt to identify individuals in images.

Usage Data: We collect limited usage and device data to improve the app, such as:

• Device type and operating system
• App interactions (e.g. scans, feature usage)
• Subscription and paywall events

This data is collected in an aggregated or pseudonymous form and may be processed by third-party analytics providers such as Superwall.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide outfit ratings and feedback through AI analysis
• Improve app functionality and performance
• To provide customer support
• To analyze app usage and improve user experience
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Legal Basis for Processing (EEA Users)
